Reading the mind by scanning the brain

I am very doubtful that this technique can really do what is claimed for it -- and notice that the researchers themselves claim only 70% accuracy, not nearly good enough for use in, say, criminal trials. But eventually, if not now, we will be able to do this -- with enormous implications, both good and bad.
